In accordance with Article 4 of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, the terms “Data” or “Personal Data” mean any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. These specific categories of personal data are never the subject of data collection or processing by OLIVO.

We process your personal information transparently and securely. Your personal information are collected for the purposes detailed below.
2.1/Who are the recipients of your personal data?
We ensure that only authorized persons within OLIVO can access your personal data when this access is necessary for the execution of our commercial relationship. We may have to share with others companies personal data necessary for the implementation of the services that you have contracted or subscribed to (examples: home delivery, maintenance, etc.). Transactions with a service provider or a subcontractor receiving your data are subject to a contract in order to ensure the protection of your data and respect for your rights.
2.2/Where are your personal data stored?
